The Creative Guitar School respects the rights of individuals to determine to whom they give their personal information and how this information is used. We collect and use your information in order to provide better customer service by striving to meet your needs and expectations about products.
We will be fair and open about the way we collect information about you and what we intend to do with the information.We will be open with you about the kinds of personal information we hold and what we do with it. We will strive to ensure that information about you is accurate when we collect or use it. Wherever possible and appropriate, we will let you see the information we hold about you and correct it if it is wrong. If we do not grant you access to your personal information, we will tell you why.
We will keep your information secure. Only properly authorised people are permitted to see or use it. When we no longer use your information we will take care to properly de-identify it or destroy it.
If you are unhappy with the way we have collected, used or shared your information, we will investigate and respond to your complaint.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
All your audio files that you share with other group members will be erased at the end of each course. These files may contain your copyrighted songs. They will not be shared publicly ever.
Do I have to provide personal information?
No. You can visit my site as a guest while remaining anonymous by not providing any personal information to us. Although, without this information, you may not be able to fully access all of the features and functionality of the site. However, our servers automatically collect some limited information about your visit that is not personally identifiable to you
What if I’m under 18?
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
